Madi
Meet Madi, our esteemed Hot Pilates Instructor whose journey through athletics and fitness has cultivated a deep passion for achieving peak health and fostering a profound mind-body connection. Madi's athletic career, marked by over thirteen years of dedication, including her time as a competitive water polo player, was not without its challenges. Injuries sustained during high school led her to seek alternative methods to sustain her active lifestyle, ultimately discovering and falling in love with hot yoga. This practice not only offered her a path to physical rehabilitation but also became a transformative mental workout.
Madi's commitment to wellness and holistic health practices deepened after graduating from California Polytechnic University of San Luis Obispo in 2022. Her pursuit of knowledge continued as she began training to become a Certified Phlebotomist Technician, further expanding her expertise in health and well-being.
When not guiding others through the rejuvenating practice of Hot Pilates, Madi embraces the outdoors, whether it's catching waves while surfing, deepening her hot yoga practice, or enjoying beach days with friends. Her professional dedication, combined with a compassionate approach, makes Madi not just an instructor but a true advocate for holistic health and wellness.
